1. The Meaning and Research Field of Tea Deep Processing
The deep processing of tea refers to the production of tea-containing products by using fresh leaves and finished tea as raw materials, or using waste and inferior products and waste materials of tea factories as raw materials, using corresponding processing techniques and means. Tea-containing products may be tea-based or other substances-based.
